Abstract :

The aim of the study is to prepare the cellulose acetate & amla based on green membrane by low cost and eco - friendly method. The prepared membrane has been characterized by using FT-IR, SEM & TGA analysis. The green membrane has been applied to salty water filtration. The filtrated water is used to study the physico-chemical parameters. Most of the parameters correlated with the value prescribed by WHO.

Abstract :

The synthesis and characterization of several Hexa – coordinated Ru(III) complexes of the type [RuCl(CO) (EPh3)2(L)]
(E = P or As ; L = monobasic bidentate anion) were reported. FTIR, Electronic, EPR, electrochemistry and catalytic activity of the complexes were discussed. An octahedral geometry has been tentatively proposed for all these complexes. The new complexes have been subjected to antimicrobial investigations are also discussed

Abstract :

A new efficient silver amalgam ion selective electrode has been prepared using silver wire & mercury. The sensor is used to determine binary, ternary & quaternary alloy like combination of mixture of metal ions in the acidic & basic medium using ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid as a titrating agent. The error of estimation is found to low. The proposed method is applied to simultaneous determination of metal ions in lactogen milk powder & anesthetic antacid gel.

Abstract :

In the present paper a study on Benzo and di Benzo crown ethers has been done for the estimation of lipophilicity of these compounds. For this few topological parameters viz. Wiener and Balaban index along with MW gives best result. Proposed three-parametric model is capable of explaining the 97% of the variance.
