Abstract:

The interaction of Gd (III) and Dy(III) metal ion with Stanazolol (Ligand 1), Naloxone (Ligand 2), Raloxifen(Ligand 3), Ergotamine (Ligand 4) and Rutin (Ligand 5) have been instigated by ph metric titrationat 0.1 M ionic strength at room temperatur in 70% THF- Water mixture. The data obtained use to estimate the values of proton-ligand stability constant (Pk) and Metal-ligand stability contant (LogK). It is observed that lanthanide ion form form 1:1, 1:2 complexes with al five heterocyclic compounds.
