A potentiometric titration technique has been used to determine the stability constants for the various complexes of Co(II),Ni(II),Cu(II) and Zn(II) with Cefpodoxime drugs and Glycine have been determined pH metricallyat room temperature and 0.01 M ionic Strength (NaClO4). The formation of various possible species has been evaluated by computer program and discussed in terms of various relative stability parameters.

The stability constants of metal complexes of DNS with transition metal ions have been evaluated pH metrically in aqueous solution at 27o C temperature and 1N (NaNO3) ionic strength. Protonation constant and formation constant were determined by using Irving Rossoti titration method. Metal ligand ratio was 1:2. In order to find out the relationship between stability constant and physical properties of the metal ions regression analysis was performed using Origin profession 6.0 programme.
